Ingredients:
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix cheddar, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs until smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the eggs, then coat with the cheese and breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch.
