Sausage Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz Italian sausage
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 8 oz processed cheese (like Velveeta)
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp dry mustard powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. Cook Sausage & Onion: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage and diced onion until the sausage is fully browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Melt Cheeses: Add processed cheese and cream cheese to the skillet. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Add Seasonings: Whisk in milk, mustard powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir constantly until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  4. Incorporate Cheddar: Stir in the shredded cheddar until melted and creamy.
  5. Serve: Serve warm with tortilla chips or crostini for dipping.
