One of my favourite and most missed foods was dry-cured meats (Hello Biltong and beef jerky!)
My passion for dried meats lead me to investigate all types to make them myself at home.
As I learn and perfect the fascinating meat-preserving practices (curing, air-drying, dehydrating and smoking), I answer all your questions, particularly delving into the biltong genre. I will also show you all the DIY approaches and best products for your budget.
