Best Pecan Cheesecake Pie

Pecan Cheesecake Pie is a dream dessert that blends the rich, creamy texture of cheesecake with the sweet, nutty goodness of pecan pie. Featuring a smooth cheesecake layer topped with crunchy pecans and a gooey pecan filling, all baked in a flaky crust, it’s perfect for holidays or special gatherings.

This dessert offers a delightful mix of textures and flavors, from the luscious cheesecake to the caramelized pecans, making it a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients:

  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs, divided
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg, and vanilla until smooth for the cheesecake layer.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into the pie crust, then sprinkle pecans over it.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining eggs, corn syrup, and brown sugar.
  5. Pour this pecan filling over the pecans in the pie shell.
  6. Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pie is golden and set.
  7. Cool completely before slicing for best results.
