- 2 tbsp milk or cream

Instructions
- Prepare Pan and Oven:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with baking spray and line with parchment, leaving extra paper over the sides for easy removal.
- Make Crisp Topping:
- Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl. Add melted butter and mix until evenly moistened. Refrigerate until needed.
- Cinnamon Sugar Mix:
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
- Prep Apples:
- Dice apples into 1/2-inch pieces. Toss with granulated sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
- Make the Bread Batter:
- Beat softened butter with sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, mixing to combine. Add dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt) and mix to incorporate. Gradually add milk and mix until smooth. Scrape the bowl as needed.
- Cheesecake Filling:
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar, flour, and vanilla until smooth. Add egg and mix just until combined.
- Assemble:
- Spread half of the bread batter into the loaf pan. Layer with half the apples and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Spread the cheesecake filling over the apples, leaving a border around the edges.
- Top with remaining bread batter, followed by the rest of the apples. Sprinkle with crisp topping.
- Bake:
- Bake for 55-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Tent with foil after 30-40 minutes if browning too quickly.
- Let cool in the pan on a rack for 20-30 minutes, then lift out using parchment overhang.
- Glaze:
- Mix powdered sugar, milk or cream, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over cooled bread.
