Cranberry Brie Bites

Cranberry Brie Bites – Sweet, tangy, and oh-so-delicious, these bite-sized appetizers are perfect for holiday gatherings! Creamy, melty brie nestled in flaky crescent dough, topped with a cranberry-orange sauce and crunchy nuts. Simple, elegant, and bursting with seasonal flavors!

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) tube crescent roll dough
  • Flour for rolling
  • 6 ounces Brie cheese
  • ¼ cup orange marmalade
  • ¼ cup whole cranberry sauce
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (pistachios, pecans, or walnuts)
  • Fresh rosemary or candied orange for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 24-count mini muffin pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Cut the Brie into small squares (about 1-inch) and refrigerate until needed.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the orange marmalade and cranberry sauce. Set aside.
  4. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the crescent dough, stretching slightly to form an even rectangle, then pinch seams together. Cut into 24 squares.
  5. Press each square into a muffin cup, add a piece of Brie, and a teaspoon of the cranberry-orange sauce. Top with chopped nuts and garnish with rosemary.
  6. Bake for 10-13 minutes, until golden and the dough is fully cooked. Let cool for 5-10 minutes and serve warm.
