Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground chicken
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
- 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for frying)

- Chopped romaine lettuce
- Feta cheese

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the meatball ingredients. Use your hands to mix everything together until well incorporated.
- Scoop the mixture with a cookie dough scoop or tablespoon and shape it into meatballs with your hands.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Fry the meatballs in batches, cooking each side for 3-4 minutes until browned and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
