Quick and easy to prepare, this salsa can be customized to your liking—whether you want it mild or fiery. The best part? It gets even better after chilling, letting the flavors meld beautifully.
Ingredients:
- 1 can (28 oz) whole tomatoes with juice
- 2 cans (10 oz each) Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced

- Serve: Enjoy with tortilla chips, on nachos, or as a topping for any dish.
