Ingredients:

  • 1 (32 oz) bag frozen hash browns
  • Kielbasa, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
  • Optional: salt, pepper, minced garlic, onion powder

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Slow Cooker: Grease the inside to prevent sticking.
  2. Layer the Ingredients: Add the diced kielbasa, frozen hash browns, onion, and 2 cups of cheddar cheese.
  3. Mix the Sauce: In a bowl, combine the soup, milk, and sour cream. Add optional seasonings, then pour over the layered ingredients.
  4. Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese on top.
