CHEESY CHICKEN CASSEROLERED LOBSTER’S CHEESE BISCUIT LOAF

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese, cut into ¼-inch cubes
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp salted butter, melted
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cayenne, and black pepper.
  3. Toss the cheddar cheese cubes into the flour mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, sour cream, melted butter, and egg.
  5. Slowly fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring just until combined. The batter will be thick.
  6. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Let the loaf cool for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan. Transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
