Ingredients

Whipped Feta:

  • 8 oz block feta cheese, drained (about 220 g)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
  • 1–2 tbsp honey, plus extra for serving
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
  • Freshly cracked black pepper

Toppings:

  • Fresh thyme
  • Chopped walnuts (optional)
  • Extra honey drizzle

To Serve:

  • Toasted crusty bread (sourdough or baguette)
  • Crackers

Instructions

  1. Blend Feta & Yogurt: In a food processor, combine feta and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  2. Add Pumpkin & Flavorings: Add pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper. Blend again until fully combined and creamy.
  3. Chill: Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to firm up.
  4. Serve & Garnish: When ready to serve, top with chopped walnuts, fresh thyme, and an extra drizzle of honey. Serve with toasted bread or crackers.
