Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground Maple Pork Sausage
- 6 slices White Bread
- 8 oz Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 8 Large Eggs
- 2 cups Whole Milk
- 1 tsp Dry Mustard
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- ¼ tsp Salt
Instructions:
- Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sausage until browned and crumbly. Drain any excess grease.

- Top the bread with the browned sausage, then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the sausage.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, mustard, pepper, and salt. Pour this mixture over the cheese in the casserole dish.
- Cover the casserole and refrigerate for at least 8 hours (overnight is ideal).
- When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350°F. Let the casserole sit at room temperature while the oven heats up.
- Uncover and bake for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow the casserole to rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
