Keto Bagels – Soft, Chewy & Low Carb


These chewy Keto Bagels are soft, flavorful, and perfect for a low carb breakfast. Made with mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and almond flour, you’d never guess they’re keto-friendly!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
  • 2 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 2 large eggs

Optional Toppings:

  • Everything bagel seasoning
  • Additional cream cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large bowl, microwave mozzarella and cream cheese for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through, until fully melted and smooth. Let cool for 1 minute.
  4. Add the almond flour mixture and eggs to the melted cheese. Knead with hands until a sticky dough forms. If needed, microwave for 15–20 seconds to soften dough.
  5. Divide dough into 6 portions. Roll each into a log and form a bagel shape by pressing the ends together. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning or your preferred toppings and gently press into the dough.
  7. Bake for 12–14 minutes, until bagels are firm and golden.
  8. Serve warm, sliced in half with cream cheese.

Storage Tips

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
  • Reheat in a toaster to restore softness.
