- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 ½ cups beef broth
