Poor Man Husband Casserole
Ingredients:
- 8 oz egg noodles, cooked
- 1 ½ lbs ground beef
- 2 cans (30 oz total) tomato sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz sour cream
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it into crumbles. Drain excess grease.
- Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir well.
