- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp cinnamon

- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Prepare the Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the shredded carrots. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth. Alternatively, you can use a regular blender.
