Kitchen Equipment Needed:

  • Medium saucepan
  • Wooden spoon
  • 8×8 inch baking pan
  • Parchment paper
  • Mixing bowl
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. Heat the Mixture: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the granulated sugar, unsalted butter, and evaporated milk. Stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
  3. Boil: Let the mixture boil for 4-5 minutes, stirring continuously to avoid burning.
  4. Remove from Heat: Take the saucepan off the heat and quickly stir in the white chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, vanilla extract, and instant coffee granules. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
  5. Add Caramel: Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the fudge layer, and gently swirl it with a knife or toothpick.
  6. Top Layer: Pour the remaining fudge mixture over the caramel layer, spreading it evenly.
  7. Cool: Let the fudge cool at room temperature for about 2 hours, or refrigerate for faster setting.
  8. Cut and Serve: Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang and cut it into squares.

Enjoy the rich, creamy taste of Caramel Coffee Fudge, a decadent treat perfect for any occasion!
