- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable or canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the glaze:
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons strawberry preserves (Bonne Maman recommended!)
- 1 ½ tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese (optional, see tips!)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease an 8×8 pan or line it with foil. (For best results, use a glass dish with parchment paper.)
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract. Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan.
