- ½ teaspoon chili oil (optional)

- Broth: 1½ cups of boiling water

Instructions
- Layer the Ingredients:
- Start with the flavor base at the bottom of your heatproof jar (soy sauce, miso paste, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and chili oil).
- Add the noodles next.

1 carrot, shredded
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
2 green onions, sliced

2 vegetable bouillon cubes, halved
2 (85 g) packages ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
Directions
- Assemble the Jars:
- In each 1-liter mason jar, add 1 tbsp miso paste, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and ½ tbsp chili garlic sauce.
- Add ½ cup edamame to each jar.
- Divide the shredded carrots, bell pepper, cabbage, and green onions evenly between the jars.
- Top with ½ of a vegetable bouillon cube and half of a ramen noodle block.
- Store:
- Seal the jars and store them in the fridge for up to 6 days.
- To Serve:
- When ready to eat, pour boiling water into the jar, filling almost to the top.
- Let the noodles sit for 5 minutes, then stir everything together.
