These super fudgy and chocolatey brownies are incredibly easy to make with just three ingredients! Made with ripe bananas, creamy peanut butter, and cocoa powder, these healthy banana brownies are vegan, sugar-free, and gluten-free. Perfect for satisfying your chocolate cravings guilt-free!
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 120 grams (Ā½ cup) creamy peanut butter
- 50 grams (Ā½ cup) cocoa powder
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 180Ā°C (350Ā°F). Line a 15 cm x 15 cm (7 inch x 7 inch) brownie pan with parchment paper. - Mash the bananas:
In a large bowl, mash the 3 ripe bananas until completely smooth. - Mix in peanut butter:
Add the creamy peanut butter to the mashed bananas and stir until the mixture is well combined and smooth. - Add cocoa powder:
