These Keto Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Sliders make the perfect low-carb appetizer to satisfy any crowd!

Ingredients:
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- 6 thin slices of cheddar cheese
- 3 slices of cooked bacon
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp cumin
Instructions:
- In a food processor, blend the avocado, lime juice, and cumin until smooth. Add salt to taste.
- Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
- On the bottom half of each egg, place a slice of cheddar cheese.
- Add half a slice of cooked bacon on top of the cheese.
- Spoon a bit of the avocado mixture over the bacon.
- Place the other egg half on top, creating a mini sandwich. Secure with a toothpick.
- Repeat with the remaining eggs and ingredients. Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
