  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Bread Bowl
Start by hollowing out the sourdough bread bowl, leaving a sturdy shell to hold all the delicious seafood filling. Set aside the removed bread for dipping later.

Step 2: Mix the Seafood Filling
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella, green onions, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, smoked paprika, and lemon juice. Stir everything together until smooth and well incorporated. Gently fold in the chopped shrimp and lump crab meat, ensuring an even distribution.
