Spicy Ground Beef Stir-Fry Bowl with Garlic Veggies & Steamy Rice

Ingredients

For the Beef:

  • ½ lb ground beef

Instructions

  2. Cook Beef: Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds. Add ground beef, cook until browned. Stir in soy sauce, chili flakes, and brown sugar; simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
  3. Cook Veggies: Heat olive oil in a separate pan. Sauté garlic 30 seconds, add mushrooms and cook 2 minutes. Add broccoli, zucchini, and bell pepper; stir-fry 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp. Add soy sauce and toss.
  4. Assemble Bowls: Place hot steamed rice in bowls. Arrange beef and veggies on top. Drizzle any extra sauce over the bowl for extra flavor.
