  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat

  • Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions
  • Drain and lay flat to cool

2️⃣ Prepare the Filling

  • In a bowl, combine:
    • shrimp
    • crab meat
    • ricotta
    • half of the Alfredo sauce
    • minced garlic
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Mix until smooth and well combined

3️⃣ Assemble the Roll-Ups
