Sausage & Cheese Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Bisquick mix
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ lb ground sausage, cooked and crumbled

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a muffin pan.
  2. Cook Sausage: Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat and set aside to cool.
  3. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine Bisquick, beaten eggs, salt, cheddar cheese, and cooked sausage. Stir until fully mixed.
  4. Fill Muffin Pan: Spoon the mixture into the muffin pan, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake: Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool & Serve: Let the muffins cool slightly before serving warm. Enjoy!
