  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) tub of Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream)

  1. Crush the Oreos. Place them in a zip-top bag and use a rolling pin or sturdy spoon to crush. Keep some larger chunks for texture.
  2. Layer the bottom. Spoon about 1.5 to 2 tablespoons of crushed Oreos into the bottom of 6 small dessert jars or cups.
  3. Make the filling. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Add vanilla and beat again. Fold in Cool Whip until fully combined, then fold in the remaining crushed Oreos.
  4. Assemble. Spoon or pipe the filling into each dessert cup over the Oreo layer, gently pressing to remove gaps.
