No-Bake Coconut Pecan Praline

No-Bake Pecan Coconut Pralines are a delightful treat featuring toasted pecans and shredded coconut wrapped in a caramel-like, buttery mixture. Sweet and satisfying, they’re perfect for sharing or enjoying solo!

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup corn syrup
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 2 cups toasted pecans, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Toast Pecans: In a skillet over medium heat, toast chopped pecans for 5 minutes, stirring until fragrant. Optionally, toast coconut for added flavor.
  2. Prepare Caramel Base: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add sugar, corn syrup, evaporated milk, and salt, stirring constantly for 5-7 minutes until bubbly.
  3. Mix Ingredients: Remove from heat, add vanilla, pecans, and coconut, stirring well.
  4. Form Pralines: Drop spoonfuls onto a lined baking sheet, forming clusters. Let cool for 30 minutes until set, then enjoy!
