Keto Philly Cheesesteak Rolls

Ingredients

  • 16 oz ground beef
  • ½ medium onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

For the cheese wraps:

  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Optional garnish:

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the filling: In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. Add onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add seasoning & cheese: Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix in cream cheese until smooth. Remove from heat.
  4. Create cheese wraps: Arrange 8 cheese circles (¼ cup each) on the prepared baking sheet. Bake 8–10 minutes until edges are golden and lacy.
  5. Assemble rolls: Remove cheese from oven and let cool 1 minute. Place ~2 tbsp of beef mixture on each circle, then roll or fold cheese around filling. Let set 2–3 minutes.
  6. Serve: Garnish with parsley if desired. Enjoy warm!
