Jalapeño Corn Dip

Creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor, this Jalapeño Corn Dip is the ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer. Perfect for game days, holiday parties, or anytime you want a bold, irresistible dip, it’s easy to make and always disappears fast!

Why You’ll Love This Dip
This spicy-sweet dip hits all the right notes. Creamy cheese, tender corn, and just the right amount of jalapeño heat make it addictive. Serve it with chips, Fritos, or fresh veggies, and watch it vanish at every gathering!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen corn kernels (or canned, drained)
  • 1 fresh jalapeño, deseeded and chopped (pickled works too)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 8 ounces shredded pepper jack cheese (or Monterey Jack, cheddar, or mozzarella)
  • Fritos or chips for serving

Optional Seasoning Add-ins

  • Paprika
  • Chili powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray a 2–3 quart baking dish or pie pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the corn, jalapeño, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Bake for 30–40 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  5. Let the dip rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm with Fritos, chips, or fresh veggies.

Tips for the Best Dip

  • Use freshly shredded cheese for a creamier, smoother dip.
  • Frozen corn works without thawing; canned corn should be drained.
  • This dip keeps in the fridge for 4–5 days; reheat in the oven to serve warm.
  • Customize with toppings like chopped green onions, bacon, cilantro, or a squeeze of lime for extra flavor.

Serving Suggestions

  • Tortilla chips or Fritos
  • Fresh veggie sticks
  • Spread on tortillas for pinwheel sandwiches
  • As a side with corn fritters

This Jalapeño Corn Dip is always a hit—warm, cheesy, slightly spicy, and perfectly balanced. It’s the easiest go-to recipe for parties, game day, or holiday gatherings!
