🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)

  • 4 hoagie rolls

  2. Cook the vegetables
    Add onions and bell peppers. Sauté for 3–5 minutes until softened.

  3. Brown the beef
    Push veggies to the side and add ground beef.
    Cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart until fully browned.
