Ingredients:

  • 1 pound rotini pasta, cooked and drained (reserve 1 cup of pasta water)
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
  • 2 (15-ounce) jars Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup garlic parmesan sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic parmesan sauce, half of the mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Add about ½ cup of reserved pasta water for extra creaminess, if needed. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Assemble & Top: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
  4. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Optional Broil: For a golden, bubbly top, remove the foil and broil for 2-3 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
  6. Cool & Serve: Let the bake rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
