Easy Teriyaki Chicken

My family lovingly calls this Easy Teriyaki Chicken “Crack Chicken” because it’s just that addictive! This dish is incredibly flavorful, quick to prepare, and tastes better than takeout. I promise you’ll love this easy dinner idea!

Teriyaki Chicken with Sautéed Bell Peppers & Broccoli

This Easy Teriyaki Chicken Fried Rice Dinner is a complete meal that comes together in no time. While you can make your own fried rice, I love cutting corners when possible, and Costco’s Japanese-Style Fried Rice always comes to the rescue! It’s packed with grilled chicken but has a mild flavor, making it perfect for pairing with my homemade Easy Teriyaki Chicken.

You can use either chicken breast or thigh meat in this recipe—both work beautifully! Check out the video below for a step-by-step guide on how to make this delicious teriyaki fried rice dinner.

Serving Suggestions:

  • Serve with fried rice (recipe below).
  • Pair with white rice and steamed broccoli.
  • Toss broccoli in a skillet with the chicken or microwave for 90 seconds and serve.

Final Thoughts

This Easy Teriyaki Chicken Fried Rice Dinner is a family favorite and incredibly versatile. Whether you make everything from scratch or take shortcuts with store-bought fried rice, you can customize it to fit your needs.

For those wondering about my cookware, I use the Masterclass Premium 12.5″ Low Casserole Pan, which has a superior nonstick double coating that requires very little oil. The steel induction base and cast aluminum body ensure even heat distribution, making it a fantastic addition to my kitchen!

I hope you and your family love this recipe as much as we do. Happy cooking!
