Cream Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Doritos Chicken

These stuffed chicken breasts are filled with a creamy mixture of chive and onion cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, crispy bacon bits, and cream of bacon soup—then topped with crushed Doritos for the ultimate cheesy crunch.

Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 7.5 oz chive and onion cream cheese
  • 10.5 oz condensed cream of bacon soup (Campbell’s brand works great)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup real bacon bits
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ cup crushed Doritos nacho cheese chips

How to Make Cream Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Doritos Chicken:

Step 1: Preheat & Mix the Filling

Preheat your oven to 375°F. In a medium bowl, combine the chive and onion cream cheese with cream of bacon soup using an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in the shredded mozzarella and bacon bits until evenly combined. Set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Chicken

Slice each chicken breast horizontally (like a book), being careful not to cut all the way through. Open each one up and spoon the cream cheese mixture onto one side. Fold the other side over to enclose the filling. Place the stuffed breasts into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 3: Crush the Doritos

Add Doritos to a large Ziploc bag and crush them using a rolling pin or the bottom of a glass until you get fine crumbs.

Step 4: Coat & Bake

Beat the egg in a small bowl. Brush the tops of the chicken breasts with the egg wash. Then sprinkle the crushed Doritos over the top and press them gently so they stick.

Bake in the preheated oven for 33–35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.

Step 5: Rest & Serve

Remove the dish from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy hot and melty with your favorite sides!
