Chicken Caesar Wraps

If you enjoy a classic Caesar salad, you’ll love these Chicken Caesar Wraps! This simple and fresh wrap features all the beloved Caesar salad ingredients—romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and crunchy croutons—plus chicken for added protein, all rolled up in a soft tortilla. It’s the perfect quick and tasty lunch or dinner option.

These wraps are incredibly versatile and convenient. You can prep the components ahead of time, making it easy to assemble a delicious, satisfying wrap in minutes. Great for school lunches, work meals, picnics, or even a quick poolside bite, this is a meal the whole family will enjoy.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce (use romaine hearts for the best crunch)
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken (grilled, fried, or rotisserie)
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup homemade or store-bought croutons (crush slightly if preferred)
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps (10-inch)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine, chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss well with tongs until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add more dressing if needed.
  2. Warm the Tortillas: Heat tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for 15 to 30 seconds per side until pliable. Transfer to a plate and cover with a kitchen towel to keep warm. Alternatively, microwave between paper towels for 15 to 30 seconds.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Place a warm tortilla on a clean surface. Spoon the Caesar salad mixture into the center. Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly burrito-style. Use a toothpick to secure if needed.
  4. Serve: Cut in half or serve whole. Enjoy immediately.
