  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1-2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp milk (optional, for a smoother filling)
  • 4 large flavored tortillas (e.g., spinach, sun-dried tomato)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, ranch seasoning, and milk (if needed for a creamier texture). Stir until smooth and well combined.
  2. Lay Out the Tortillas: Place one tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  3. Spread the Filling: Evenly spread a portion of the chicken mixture across the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Roll the Tortilla: Starting at one edge, tightly roll up the tortilla to secure the filling inside.
  5. Repeat: Continue spreading and rolling the remaining tortillas.
  6. Wrap and Chill: Wrap each roll tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
  7. Slice into Pinwheels: Unwrap the rolls and slice them into 1/2-inch thick pinwheels.
  8. Serve: Arrange pinwheels on a serving platter and garnish with chopped green onions or fresh herbs, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
