  • Instructions:

Ingredients:

For the Bombs:

  • 1 (16.3 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 caramel candies
  • 1 tbsp butter, plus 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 apples, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

For Topping:

  • Cinnamon sugar (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Prepare the Apple Pie Filling: In a medium skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Add the chopped apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Cook for about 5 minutes until the apples are tender. Set aside.
  3. Assemble the Bombs: Take the refrigerated biscuits and gently stretch each one into a circle. Place 1 tablespoon of the apple pie filling in the center, then add a caramel candy on top.
  4. Seal the Bombs: Pinch the edges of the biscuit dough together, sealing in the filling. Roll them into a smooth ball shape and place them into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Add Toppings: Brush the tops of the dough balls with melted butter, then sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar.
  6. Bake: Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Serve: Transfer the baked Caramel Apple Pie Bombs to a platter and enjoy warm!

Perfect for fall gatherings, dessert platters, or whenever you crave a sweet, bite-sized indulgence!
