Butterfinger Balls (No-Bake Candy Bites)

Craving something sweet, crunchy, and completely irresistible? These Butterfinger Balls are the ultimate no-bake treat—packed with the classic peanut buttery crunch of Butterfinger candy, wrapped in a creamy filling, and optionally dipped in smooth chocolate. Whether you serve them at parties, pack them in lunchboxes, or sneak one as a midday indulgence, they’re bound to become a new favorite!

Why You’ll Love These Butterfinger Balls

  • No baking required – Just mix, roll, and chill!
  • Classic candy flavor – Butterfinger bits add crunch and that unmistakable taste.
  • Perfectly customizable – Dip in chocolate, add a drizzle, or mix in chopped nuts.
  • Fun for kids and adults – Easy enough to make with little helpers in the kitchen.

Equipment You’ll Need

  • Mixing bowl
  • Electric mixer or spatula
  • Baking sheet lined with parchment or wax paper
  • Small saucepan (or microwave-safe bowl for chocolate)
  • Fork or dipping tools (if using melted chocolate)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 6 Butterfinger candy bars, finely crushed
  • 12 oz semisweet or milk chocolate, chopped (optional, for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Make the filling:
In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  2. Add the crunch:
Fold in crushed Butterfinger candy bars until evenly distributed.
  3. Form the balls:
Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll into balls using your hands. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Optional – Dip in chocolate:
Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Dip each ball into the chocolate, tap off the excess, and return to the baking sheet.
  5. Chill to set:
Refrigerate the Butterfinger Balls for about 30 minutes, or until firm and the chocolate is set.
  6. Serve & store:
Enjoy them chilled or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Tips & Variations

  • Want extra crunch? Add chopped roasted peanuts or pretzel bits to the mix.
  • Need a shortcut? Use Butterfinger baking bits instead of crushing candy bars.
  • Drizzle instead of dip: Not into full chocolate coating? Drizzle melted chocolate over the top for a decorative finish.
  • Make them festive: Top with sprinkles or a pinch of sea salt before the chocolate sets.

These Butterfinger Balls are easy to make, dangerously delicious, and totally customizable—perfect for holidays, parties, or anytime your sweet tooth strikes.
