  • 1¾ cups all-purpose flour

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ⅔ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1¼ cup corn syrup (light or dark)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups chopped pecans

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Preheat oven

  • Preheat to 350°F (175°C)

2. Make the crust

  • Combine flour, sugar, salt, and chopped pecans
  • Cut in butter until mixture resembles wet sand

➡️ Bake for 18–22 minutes until lightly golden


3. Prepare the filling

  • Whisk brown sugar and salt
  • Add eggs and vanilla, mix well

4. Bake

  • Pour filling over hot crust
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes

5. Cool & slice

  • Let cool completely
