Ingredients
½ cup butter
2 oz unsweetened chocolate
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
¼ cup flour
¼ tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Line your baking pan with parchment paper (wetting it first helps make it more pliable).
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and unsweetened chocolate together, stirring with a wooden spoon.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the sugar until well combined.
- Add the beaten eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until the mixture is smooth.
- Stir in the chocolate chips, flour, and salt until fully blended.
- Pour the batter into your prepared pan, tapping it gently to remove any air bubbles and ensure it’s even.
- Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove the brownies from the oven and allow them to cool on a rack.
- Serve with a smile and enjoy!
