Enjoy these quick and easy mini apple pies, made with Pillsbury crescent rolls, in under 30 minutes! They’re sweet, flaky, and perfect for a cozy dessert or snack.
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon apple pie spice (plus ¼ teaspoon for sprinkling)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- ⅓ cup chopped pecans
- 1 small Granny Smith apple, cored and sliced into 8 wedges
- 1 (8-ounce) tube Pillsbury Original crescent rolls
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of apple pie spice. Set aside.
- Melt the butter, then toss the apple slices in it. Set the buttered apples aside.
- Arrange the crescent roll triangles on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture evenly over each triangle.
- Add chopped pecans on top of the brown sugar mixture on each triangle.
- Place one apple slice at the wide end of each triangle and roll the dough around the apple slice.
- Brush each wrapped crescent roll with the remaining melted butter and sprinkle with a little extra apple pie spice.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow them to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
