- 8 ripe yellow peaches (fresh or frozen, 800g), sliced and peeled
- 200g caster sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (or to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare Peaches: Slice each peach into eighths and peel each slice.
- Blend Ingredients: Place peach slices in a food processor with the sugar, and blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
