Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) tube crescent roll dough
- Flour for rolling
- 6 ounces Brie cheese
- ¼ cup orange marmalade
- ¼ cup whole cranberry sauce
- ¼ cup chopped nuts (pistachios, pecans, or walnuts)
- Fresh rosemary or candied orange for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 24-count mini muffin pan with nonstick spray.
- Cut the Brie into small squares (about 1-inch) and refrigerate until needed.
- In a small bowl, combine the orange marmalade and cranberry sauce. Set aside.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the crescent dough, stretching slightly to form an even rectangle, then pinch seams together. Cut into 24 squares.
- Press each square into a muffin cup, add a piece of Brie, and a teaspoon of the cranberry-orange sauce. Top with chopped nuts and garnish with rosemary.
- Bake for 10-13 minutes, until golden and the dough is fully cooked. Let cool for 5-10 minutes and serve warm.
