3 Ingredient Brownies with Banana

3-Ingredient Fudgy Banana Brownies ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿซ

These super fudgy and chocolatey brownies are incredibly easy to make with just three ingredients! Made with ripe bananas, creamy peanut butter, and cocoa powder, these healthy banana brownies are vegan, sugar-free, and gluten-free. Perfect for satisfying your chocolate cravings guilt-free!

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 120 grams (ยฝ cup) creamy peanut butter
  • 50 grams (ยฝ cup) cocoa powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven:
    Preheat your oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF). Line a 15 cm x 15 cm (7 inch x 7 inch) brownie pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the bananas:
    In a large bowl, mash the 3 ripe bananas until completely smooth.
  3. Mix in peanut butter:
    Add the creamy peanut butter to the mashed bananas and stir until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
  4. Add cocoa powder:
    Sift in the cocoa powder and mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Transfer to the pan:
    Pour the batter into the prepared brownie pan, smoothing it out evenly.
  6. Bake:
    Bake in the preheated oven for 22 to 30 minutes (mine took 27 minutes). Allow the brownies to cool completely at room temperature before slicing.
